18,000 Steps!

We’re now in Toronto for a movie I’m filming and we got to catch another one of Wolfie’s concerts up here. Tom and I decided that instead of standing – frozen – watching my BABY play in front of thousands of people, we would take the opportunity to walk around the stadium. That night we clocked over 18,000 steps!!! Not only did it calm my nerves, but it got my body moving which has been really hard this trip. It’s filming all day – sometimes into the night – and by the time I get to the hotel, I’m exhausted.

But Kathy told me to bring my tricord (great for resistance training) and exercise while on break throughout the day. I hadn’t tried it before and I like it! In fact, I think the training’s making me hungrier, so I’m taking full advantage of Jenny’s free foods.

Have you tried the Tuscan Style Soup recipe on the back of the menu?! It totally fills you up, it’s delicious and it’s a limited FREE FOOD. TRY IT.

No weigh-in this week. But I’m working hard!!! Fingers crossed for next week.
