Think Portion Control
"Good morning everyone...hope you all are doing well. It’s now the Holidays, and I'm sure you're all looking forward to being with family, friends, and of course the food. I know I can't wait! But if you're anything like me, you use the holidays as an excuse to over-indulge. This year is going to be different. Just make sure you're more conscious of what you're eating and use portion control. Have a homemade roll, just don’t have 5! Have a slice of pumpkin pie...just don't put the whole can of whip cream on top! Even better, have Jenny’s Pumpkin Spice Cake.
And most importantly, make sure you do something in your community for those less-fortunate. Donate food, hand out meals at a shelter, invite someone to your home that has nowhere to go. Do your best to make the holiday season better for someone else. Start a new holiday tradition, that’s rich in generosity versus calories. Have a great week! Peace out - BD
