Your daily menus will include Jenny's Cuisine™ as well as your own food (like fruits and vegetables). Jenny Craig's menus are designed by our Registered Dietitians to meet the USDA Dietary Guidelines. The menus emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, reduced fat milk products and heart healthy fats. They also include lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts. We limit cholesterol, sodium, added sugars and saturated fats – in fact, Jenny's Cuisine™ nutrition labels list zero grams of trans fats!

With Jenny's controlled portions, you'll learn how to lose weight without giving up the foods you love.
