Consultant

Partners with clients to guide and support them through the weight management process during weekly one-on-one consultations. Initiates follow-up phone contact with clients to monitor progress. Sells products and menu options to clients based on their individual needs.

Program Director

Assists clients in identifying their current needs regarding weight management and explains Program features that will best benefit them. Initiates follow-up phone contact with clients to monitor progress. Sells products and Program options to clients based on their individual needs.

Centre Director

Manages the sales, operations, customer service, and personnel functions of the Centre. Is responsible for the ongoing training and development of the Centre staff, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
