Jim Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
With more than 20 years of corporate accounting and financial management expertise, Jim Kelly returns to Jenny Crag as Chief Financial Officer after a three-year hiatus to pursue a consulting career.
From 1989 to 2003, Mr. Kelly led the Jenny Craig finance team - as CFO, Treasurer for four years, and as Vice President, Controller for the previous ten years. In both capacities, he directed accounting policies and practices, SEC financial reporting, treasury, risk management, budgeting, audit and tax.
Prior to joining Jenny Craig, Mr. Kelly was an audit manager for KPMG LLP (formerly KPMG Peat Marwick) and was responsible for audit engagements and overall client relationships at this "Big 4" firm.
Mr. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
